As more of our properties begin to reopen and the world begins to travel again, we would like to introduce some of the measures taken to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of our guests and team members at DCU Rooms.

We continue to offer extra flexibility on all new reservations so you can book with confidence.

Arrival & Departure

The check areas at the reception area are fully marked out so that all guests can socially distance. The reception desk is fully protected with safety screens to protect staff and guests. On check-out, guests can leave the card in their room and just self-check-out.

Team Members

All team members have received enhanced COVID-19-related health and safety training, including correct procedures for wearing masks and personal protective equipment and physical distancing awareness.

Public Areas

We have significantly increased cleaning schedules in all public areas with a particular focus on high-touch areas such as door handles and entrances. We strictly adhere to physical distancing best practices.

Guest Rooms

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay and follow all public guidelines around cleaning and sanitizing of rooms.

Hand Sanitisation

Hand sanitising stations can be found throughout all buildings, reception areas, lobbies, restaurant entrances, meeting and events spaces and lifts.

Meetings & Events

Capacities and dining options in all our meeting and events spaces have been revised in line with physical distancing best practices. All equipment has been updated as necessary to ensure seamless remote conferencing. All health and safety measures in our meetings and events areas are fully compliant with local requirements.
