The reception is open from 7.30am – 10.00pm. If you are arriving or departing outside of the hours then you can go to security. The security office is clearly marked once you arrive to campus. Security will be able to check you in or check you out?
They are located 1.8 kilometers away from each other. If you are travelling between both you will need to get a taxi or a bus.
This is usually no problem unless we have a full house the night before. Please e mail [email protected] with your request after you have made your booking
Yes we do offer a complimentary same day luggage storage option
All payments are taken on arrival.
Breakfast is served on the Glasnevin campus from 7.30am – 11.00am. On the All Hallows campus it is served from 8.00am – 10.30am
If you ask the taxi driver to bring to the accommodation reception in DCU Glasnevin or DCU All Hallows they will know where to go. Please ensure that they bring you to the reception door
Yes we provide towels, hand-towels and soaps in all of our rooms. All rooms receive a daily housekeeping service

Yes reception can help with all aspects of your trip when you are here. At reception you can book city tours, tours of Ireland and we can also arrange a taxi service for you at any hour. If you are going to airport outside of reception hours please book your taxi the evening before

10% non-refundable deposit for group booking for 10 rooms or over and/or value of €1500 or over. Cancellation policy 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancelled within 72 hours, full charge for first night on all rooms booked and accommodation will be released by 8am the day after unless guest makes contact with accommodation provider to advise otherwise.
