The History of All Hallows

Celebrate Irish Heritage

All Hallows College was founded by Fr. John Hand in 1842 when he acquired Drumcondra House with the support of the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Daniel O’Connell, and Archbishop Daniel Murray.
Over the next 174 years, All Hallows College-educated over 7,000 students, first as a seminary and later as a third-level institute, to serve communities with its values of justice, service, and leadership central to its teaching.
As a visitor to the campus, you can track its history in the Heritage Exhibition and relax in the reflective garden beside the All Hallows Chapel itself is a renowned landmark in the local area.

All Hallows Main Dining Room

Conveniently located next to our conferene centre the main dining room is available all year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room seats up to 300 people and is perfect for both formal and informal banquets.

The Cafe

For something more casual, our café is the perfect place for casual dining. Catch up on your emails during a conference or just enjoy a coffee before heading out.
